When you book your appointment it's best to arrive for your treatment promptly to ensure the next client can be seen at their allocated slot. All appointment durations include the room preparation and consultation, they also allow for you to change both before and after treatment to ensure you are totally relaxed.
We understand that sometimes unexpected things crop up which mean you are unable to attend your appointments, if you can't make it, please give us at least 48hrs notice. If you miss your appointment altogether, we will need to charge you 50% of the treatment cost to cover the time that has been lost. As we have already taken a deposit on the booking we would prefer it if you could contact us to re-arrange the date rather than us keep your deposit.
At Bodyline Plus we like to be flexible, whether you'd like to pay by cash, credit or debit card, the choice is yours! We also have pre-payment options and special discount available when you book a course of treatments.
