Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION TERMS and CONDITIONS 

We understand that sometimes unexpected things crop up which mean you are unable to attend

your appointments. If you can’nt make it, please give us at least 48hrs notice. If you have given

48hrs notice you will be able to rebook, you will not be refunded

Once bookings are registered they will be taken as appointments have been confirmed

If you miss your appointment altogether, you will not be able to rebook and no refund will be

given.
